Refund Policy
We at Logicpies are committed to delivering high-quality training programs that enhance your technical skills and career growth. By enrolling in our programs, whether online or offline, you agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the following Refund Policy:
1. Payment Terms
- Initial Payment: Mandatory before the course begins to secure your enrollment.
- Remaining Payment: Due within 15 days of the course start date.
- All payments must be made via GPay to our official UPI account.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
- No refund will be provided once you have attended even a single session.
- Refunds are not applicable for missed sessions, dissatisfaction, or personal conflicts.
- No exceptions will be made for partial attendance or course withdrawal.
3. Deferral and Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is allowed before attending any session, subject to seat availability.
- Only one deferral is allowed per student at no extra cost.
- No deferrals after attending any session.
4. Late Payments
- Second payment must be completed within 15 days of course start.
- Delayed payments may lead to restricted access to sessions and materials.
- No certificates will be issued until full payment is completed.
5. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration by a sole Arbitrator appointed by Logicpies. The Arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. All proceedings shall take place in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, and legal jurisdiction will rest with the courts in Madurai.
